This looks and sounds very similar to my friend Mike’s Talon, I thought it was his at first because Matt had the company he works for do some stuff on his Mustang. That Talon used to get wailed on, drag racing, track days, autocrosses, and it was great. I hate working on them, but I have to admit the 1st gen cars can be solid.

oh yea I ran a 1g engine in my 2g that was stock besides ARP headbolts and gasket on 28psi. My buddy runs his on 30psi. For drag racing the auto trans are pretty stout stock. they take quite a bit of HP
